What Does Delayed Period Along With Spotting And Nausea Indicate? 

Hello, Yesterday and the day before I was spotting , and yesterday and today I have been feeling tired . today I threw up and felt nauseous all day... Could I be pregnant? Me and my bf were trying but I m still 13 days away from my period . I m usually not normal at all though. I had a miscarriage in late July and the soc said everything was ok, and for me to call her when I get a positive test. My last period was the aug29-3 of sept....help what s wrong with me ...

Firstly, let me inform you that ovulation, in all normal instances, takes place two weeks prior to the onset of the next menstrual period and this is the time when fertilization occurs. No one can be pregnant prior to ovulation. Your symptoms suggest a possible gastric upset and also ovulation spotting. The two may or may not be related. You need to wait until your natural period is due and go for testing if you miss it. For the time being, just wait and watch and if your vomiting does not subside, see a physician for further help.
